HOW TO:

SET NEW INTENTIONS

1. Start small and get specific

2. Find your why

3. Set a theme for the year

4. Write monthly intentions and reflections

5. Enlist an accountability buddy

6. Celebrate the small wins and reaching milestones

_______

1. Minimalist lifestyle

getting rid of things I don’t need anymore, whether it’s clothes I don’t wear anymore or products I don’t use. Simply make my life more organized and clean for the satisfaction of the little virgo inside of me.

2. File organization

as a graphic design student you would think I’d be organized and onto of it all, but turns out I’m actually not. I actually get so embarrassed when my friends see how cluttered my desktop is so it’s time to change that. Here’s to no more officialfinalfinalfinal.jpg

3. Less talk, more action

in 2018 I did a lot of saying what I was going to do but never taking initiative to actually do anything about it because I always came up with excuses on why I wasn't able to start. I’d like to start creating content and designs, even if they are to my standards, simply so I can get myself to start.

4. Be my own best friend

although I like to share bits of my life on the internet and sharing creative ideas with others, I think it is important to find a balance in valuing privacy and keeping reservations. I tend to be a bit of an over-sharer which often times bites me in the butt so from now on I'll hustle in silence.

5. Saying yes to opportunities that cultivate growth

I am looking forward entering into 2019 and I feel it will be an excited and stressful one since it's a big year for me. I plan on traveling more than I have in a while during Spring and Summer break, on top of that I will be graduating with my BA in Graphic Design at San Diego State University and will be transitioning from student life into the real world.
